vinified through the traditional process of fermenting must together with husks in stainless steel tanks with fermentation temperatures around 28°C.

The 2009 HDL Aragonez is an Alentejo regional wine produced from Aragonez grapes originating from HERDADE DOS LAGOS, in the municipality of Mértola.
With its ruby colour and youthful, fruity aroma, this is an elegant wine
with rounded tannins and a soft, easy finish.
