Vinification:
Manual vintage. Traditional fermentation
in modern inox-tanks with controlled
temperatures of about 28ºC 12 month
in French and American oak-barrels.

Total Acidity: 5,8 g/L
pH: 3,70
Residual sugar: 2,5 g/L

Gastronomy
Must be served to the
temperature of 16 to 18ºC,
to follow plates of meat
and cheeses.
Also available in
a 0,75l bottle.

Conservation
bottles should lie in a ventilated dark place,
with a temperature between 12 and 13°C and relative humidity close to 60%;
